     We have been honored to be I_CAR Gold certified for the past 6 years and we continue to encourage training for our technicians within the industry, and through outside educational programs. Training is the most important tool we have at International Auto Crafters and one that we will never stop using.
     Our office staff is one of the most efficient and personable staffs in the industry.  They strive to see that our customers receive the best care possible.  It is the office staff's responsibility to keep the customer informed of the progress on their vehicle, coordinate with the technicians to see that the job is done in an efficient and effective manner, and manage the day to day operations of the front office. Every member of our office team is committed to providing excellent service to every one of our clients no matter the amount of work they require. All of our customers are important to us.
