Customer Resources

To ensure that we are doing everything within our power to maintain customer satisfaction, we have contracted with an independent company, CSI Complete to receive a monthly Collision Customer Satisfaction Index Report. This report provides us information on various customer service issues such as how well our body work was, did we communicate well with the client, were we on time, and perhaps most importantly, would they refer us to their friends and colleagues? By using this report on a regular basis we are able to constantly improve our customer service.

As a part of our ongoing customer service, we will be using this area to provide our customers with information of interest. Check back often as we will be updating this area frequently.
